Nope it's just acting weird, delete your cookies from that site and try again

Not sure. I think if you have access to one Footsite, you get access denied on the others.

I.e., I am on the product page thru Champs, but I'm getting accessed denied on FTL and FTA. Deleting cookies puts me back into the splash page, then access denied.

I got denied access from all but footaction but its stuck on like 1/4 of the loading bar and it refuses to move lol

if you're not spamming the page it shouldn't be an IP issue. it's a server overload issue (go figure)

Tedious but I had to clear cookies after every access denied message. Eventually got through the queue for Footlocker and ATC for about 15 minutes. Got through with 9.5 US and received my confirmation email. It is possible guys!!
