been there for the lundmarks and bone 500s here in chicago. think it depends on the store but both times they handed out wristbands after the store closed on friday. you're pretty much guaranteed a pair with the reservation, just not a particular size. numbered wristband reserves specific spot in line and better chance to get size you want.
