Everyone has different feet so don't take my word as truth but usually I go a half a size or a size when it runs small. Dont get me wrong I could've definitely benefit from a 14.5 or even a 15 but after trying em on the 14 first like a true 13.5 which is my actual size so it's snug but a comfortable snug for me. The worse part is putting them on. Had to use a use a shoe horn and really stretch out the ankle area. Hopefully it'll break in after a few wears that it won't be that much of a problem. But yeah lighter than the v1 and v2 but still comfortable and more snug than the v1 and v2 but not too much imo.
