Advice on finding Used cell phone please

Ok well I have a Samsung Galaxy SII and well I dropped it in water a few weeks back.
It came back to life after a day in rice but i haven't been able to talk and have the person hear me(speakers are shot) smh well anyways this is the second time this has happened to me in my AT&T contract(I upgraded to get this particular model), im not upgrading and extending again so..where can I look other than Craigslist for a cheap decent used AT&T mobile device that I can insert my SIM into thanks,

Craigslist will be the cheapest. Or pay the deductible on you phone insurance if you have one.

Oh snap son I forgot about that... Smh that's still a cool 150. Think ill be able to get that galaxy s3
