Air Jordan 1 Chicago 2013 LC!

Hi I recently sold these to a eBayer and had them returned because a "tear". I feel like this guy scammed me, so I am asking for a legit check and also under the insole is it suppose to have the tape like that? I think he switched out the left shoe with his own and tried to scam me saying my pair had a tear. If you need anymore pictures or anything else that can help you depict if it is legit or not let me know. PLEASE LET ME KNOW IF BOTH SHOES ARE LEGIT.

yes, if you tear up the insoles of Jordans they have strings taped to the bottom. I swap out the insoles on some that aren't very comfortable and always see them
