Just checked out with Shoe Palace with this method. Don't go back...refresh on the 501. I set Chrome refresh extension at 10sec for each page. Also, I switched to CC because Paypal leads to 404 error- Good Luck

basically I kept refreshing the link to the page and trying to check my size out. from there eventually the link loaded as the checkout link in dude above me's post. from there I kept refreshing every so often and it turned into the second link in his post. now i'm going between blank pages and enhance your calm. one time I refreshed and I saw that they were indeed in cart.
