yeah thats why I never entertained the idea of taking it to a consignment store and trading up for something else. I rather just sell what I have and buy whatever shoe I'm after, feel like I'll get more my sneaker's value that way.

They are only really narrow in the mid foot. The toe box isn’t noticeably different than the regular og 1s.
If you have really wide feet your probably just SOL or you’ll have to deal with the discomfort. I would advise against sizing up as it isn’t really going to help with the width.
