Apps are bugging. Won my pair, confirmed and like someone said I was able to screen shot my win with the store address and my name. I don’t wanna hear no **** tomorrow. Last time this happened I went to pick up the SBB 3.0 and the app wouldn’t load up for me. I couldn’t even use my rewards but they let me slide since my name was on the list and i had my government ID. Wtf
