. Anyone ever have this happen to them? If so, what was the result? I was told UPS would call me back tomorrow and attempt to find the package..

Check under your BBQ cover in your backyard. That's where I found the last package that ups delivered for me. They didn't even leave a note or anything. I thought it a stolen and started to file a claim before I found it.
