I played bball in college in this pair and the traction is all gone. Before I throw them out - they have to get the Freddy Kruger treatment:
Notes:

EXTREMELY durable even 10 years later

Zoom air unit is very small - only 6mm yet feels thick due to phylon under it

Blow mold heel air is HUGE

The shoe seems over engineered and could have been even better with weight shaving

Before the tour 4s and lighting and thunder 4s...there was the Lightning 17s...such a beautiful shoe.

Glad you balled the hell out of them. It would have been more tragic if they just crumbled on you first wear.
