I mean —as purist begin to be outnumbered it’s a possibility we see NikeJB scrap even trying to be true to the original. When that day happens it’s curtains.
Today could very likely be our last hoorah for the 90s/00s collectors. Prices will be ~300, models will look unrecognizable and quality will be inferior to those $120-$150 price points we grew up with.
Nike got greedy when resellers ate, so they cut into those margins, but forgot to attempt to make better shoes consistently at least.
