I checked my first pair from dtlr. Its quite good except for one little piece of the ep that is cut. Another thing I quickly noticed as soon as I took them out, is how the height on these look lower.

My pair came. I don’t care enough to over analyze everything m, whine and return them and try to find another pair. But my pair is at least symmetric, but the difference between my pair and my 2018 pair is extremely small. The leather is definitely nicer, and definitely less tumbled, but the overall shape of the toe and the elephant print looks the same to me. I sold my 2018 pair so I’m glad to have a pair back.

the shapes from like 2014-2020 are like the cartoon caricature style. and i loved my infrareds, canyon purples, sport blues, etc but I specifically remember not sweating missing out on the BC3 last time because the shape was that crazy.
regardless the BC3 is my grail that i could never get my hands on(got 2011 WC3s from a coworker years ago) and i'm happy to have them now and with another pair on the way. let these sit and dip under retail in a few months i will probably grab a 3rd.
