My Size Tag + Nike Air is identical to the one on the right, and my pair is 100% Authentic.

I think the top pair looks good.. only thing I personally see wrong with them are I believe the perforations on the tongue and lace loop portion should be more defined.. every legit pair I've seen had nice perfs. Not sure about the N.A. on the insole though.. @agsz post a good shot of yours showing the area I mentioned.
