hello there new to this forum i need some help i dyed the suede on my 1999 bred 4's and the top cap wasn't perfect the suede was like dry so i dyed and this happen any way of fixing it

That air bubble doesn't seem to show that they're wearable to begin with either. Hopefully you either got years of wearability out of them or didn't buy them used for too much. Your best bet is to try a cobbler/shoe repair or just get the 2012 retros.
