AIR JORDAN 4 x UNDEFEATED 2025

Are any of ya guys using a shoe protectant/water repellent spray for these? Just trying to to keep em as fresh as possible but haven’t used one before. Will it mess up the suede
I just pay attention to the weather, and know where I’m going when I pick out my shoes for the day… if it’s a shoe that’s prone to being messed up by weather, or activities, I’ll choose something else.

I don’t spray my shoes, I just try to be careful.

I haven't done it on these but angelus mink oil works great

Sneaker Con was a bust.

Every seller was asking for $400 and above for sizes 9-11.

Guess it kind of makes sense. Quick look on SX, BIN for those sizes is about $20-30 under. But once you throw in fees, you're easily paying over $400.

Unless UNDFTD has more global pop-ups coming between now and Christmas, I see one last small dip and that's it.

I used Sof Sole brand in the white bottle with the blue cap. Can't even tell anything was sprayed on them. Can find it at FNL and Richard's.

You think it really helps that much?
I mean I have almost 300 pairs of shoes and anything I wear is getting sprayed. Beyond the size of my collection I attribute the longevity of my stuff (don’t have an unwearable/crumbling or beat pair at all) to the cleaning I do.

I worry less about rain ruining suede as I’ve restored a few pairs from friends that needed to go in the washer and still was able to reset the nap after.

Where it really makes a difference is ease of cleaning. That “car wax” surface makes it SO much easier to dry brush dirt off the suede when they do get dirty. The less set dirt is on a pair of sneakers the easier it is to get rid of it entirely. Same reason I do at least a monthly cleaning of anything I’ve worn.

But yeah, if you don’t want water getting in suede or nubuck that beading effect is your best friend. Not stopping a torrential downpour but a drizzle isn’t getting thru.

All of this! I do not walk out of the house in a new pair unless it's been sprayed with a couple of coats of protector.

Did you size up?
Nah I got my size, 11.5. Definitely should have sized up. My original plan was to sell and cop a 12 or trade for one but it was too much of a hassle so I decided to just keep them. They arent as unwearable as I thought. Definitely a lil tight in the toe box but manageable.

Even more salty now that Undefeated didnt include the orange laces smh.

Which spray do you recommend?

I used the Champs spray a few times and I felt like it affected the color of the suede.

Maybe I used too much.
