They aren't even great for casual walking, either. Def one of the least comfortable Jordans. The only good thing I like about 6's besides the looks is that they're wide foot friendly.

Yeah it’s wild because both 7s and even 5s are significantly more comfortable… Makes me wonder if the midsole design itself is what kills 6s. I don’t think any retros of the model have been comfortable so I wonder if the 1991 OGs were also bricks on feet.

OG 6’s were more comfortable than retros. The closed polyurethane midsoles on retros is part of the problem, but even with OG’s the 7 was a more comfortable shoe. That said 7’s always been one of the most comfortable Jordan’s imo, right up there with 13’s and 14’s.

6's need an overhaul on midsole comfort that all I know. Same with 9's.
7's are in my top 5 for most comfy Jordan models..

I always go TTS on 7’s because of the huarache bootie… and 1/2 down on 6’s

6's fit huge compared to the 7's. Many half size down in them although i still stick tts because I like having space in the front of my toes especially when I wear thicker socks. The 7's in tts they fit extremely snug to the point you can half size up. I still wear em in tts though and after a while they break in. They seemed to have changed the mold on the 7's because around 2011-2012 7 retros fit huge too.

Until the 2019 retro 6 run, I always went half size down with the 6 retros. Now true to size fits me good.

I used to. Things pre 2016 seemed to be pretty inconsistent in retro sizing.
but then I started just going TTS in everything and would just adjust accordingly. It's not like it matters with these and creasing.

I hope that pair is a size 12.. toe box looking crazy for a VI. Midnight Navy’s from 2021/2 didn’t even look like that. I hope they have the same shape as those and Infrareds. Even my Chrome Hi’s look good so maybe they’re fakes lol.

That picture looks like it’s the pair that was in the Tony video, those seem like they’re “unauthorized” pairs compared to the sleeker toe box we’ve been getting on 6s.
My Carmines from 2021 and Midnights from ‘22 both have the sleek toe box, I don’t see why these wouldn’t have them either. Just like the 3s regressing in shape doesn’t make sense. The @allinlive IG from overseas recently shared a video of these and they look closer to what we’ve been getting in terms of shape. Maybe we’re back to the times of getting a good shape on “authentic” pairs and a boxy shape on the fakes.
Who really knows though, I’ll take my chances come August 3rd and if they’re boxier than I’d like I’ll just return them.
