Mine were Carmines. Got those for $65 & ended up selling them. Regret it but oh well. I wanted a DS pair. These will be my 2nd. This colorway is also my #2 grail. Although they're not the 2000s, I can live. I love them either way. The look just like the samples they were gonna use back in 00

^yea they do, they're just a slightly darker shade of blue now.
Anyway, I hope I can get a couple for my boy and his wife for their wedding gift. Her size won't be hard to get, it's his pair that I'm worried about. Can't get one without the other.

anyone have both 2000 and 2012 retros?
I have the 2000 infareds in US 11 and they feel too wide cut with too much upper materials.
I also had the 2000 white/midn.navys which fit a bit better but still too wide.
So should I go for a 10.5 on these`?

I would say that's camping. If you're getting to the store 8-9 hours before opening that's pretty much camping. I wouldn't consider getting to the store at 7-8 a.m. camping.
