That was to celebrate the Olympics being in Beijing that year.
They weren't great, but not horrible either.
There is plenty of pics of these on the web already.

How do you all rate these in regards to difficulty of obtaining? For me, I would put it something like this (in comparison to recent releases from hardest to easiest):

Concords > Olympic 6 > WC IV > Playoff 12 > Cavs 4
I honestly think these will be one of the more difficult cops of the year.
