Wouldn’t mind these for whenever winter decides to show up here in Denver but that $225 is a no, no. Love the box as well.

Got my pair in today, even wore olives to pick these up. Box is fantastic would like to see it with all 9 and 10 releases like they do with 3s 4s 6s 5s 11s 12s and 13s. Quality is pretty good the leather is thick as a boot should be yet slightly soft. Suede is pretty long( slight carpet vibe) like the heel on 8s, changes direction if you run ur finger across it. The tongue is leather and attached on the sides like a boot. Sole is pretty rugged, definitely has all the grip u should need. The normal 9 sole design can be seen underneath the tread pattern. Materials on the 2012 would be considered better quality to the sub par pairs we got in 2012 but to the boot the materials are night and day. I would def love to see this grade of materials in a olive 9 retro. The shade of olive seems more reminiscent of the OGs. Took some comparison pics with my 2012 Olives. Overall I think their dope to fans of a tastefully executed olive 9 boot upgrade.

ive been a fan olive 9 when they drop the retro back in 2002 had a pair but i beat them to hell. remember moms bought them for me in jhs. on sale.

Goddamn, these are smooooooking.

I wanted the Black/Gum joints but $225 was a bit steep and suede seemed like a strange choice for an all-terrain boot. I'm curious to see just how weather "resistant" the Black/Olives are. May pickup down the line. Weird that they were such a limited release.

I’m absolutely in love with these. Almost everyone thought I was wearing the normal olive 9, until they looked closely - that’s how well done these were. Amazing quality to say the least. Worth every dollar.
