it has an airbag in the bottom yet it still doesnt feel as nice as my Jordan jaqs which dont have any cushioning at all? i dont know much about shoes why is it that my jaqs feel softer and more responsive than my alpha 1's?  the alpha 1's also hurt my arch when i play ball.

the zoom is bottom loaded like in the 2010. i love the feel of my alphas.

but how come it feels hard when i playing on the hardwood? i haven't worn it outside yet, played about 10 games indoor. my jordan jaqs on the otherhand dont have zoom but its so soft and i can feel the ground

compared to any top loaded zoom, both the alphas and 2010 feel harder, but this does not equate to less support/responsiveness. you're just not as directly in touch with the zoom so it's not wrapping around your feet.

yeah i noticed the cushioning on my alpha 1's when i play on cement and wooden floors, its not really comfortable since my heels really feel sore after a pick up game on concrete and its average on a wooden gym

alphas are really bad for ball. no support whatsoever and very stiff.
your arch will die in these. good for casual wear tho...

aight thanks for the help. yes my feet arch did hurtalot. however the grip is incredible. i can literally kick my foot past the hardwood and itll squeak so loud.
