No. Modern Notoriety confirmed that they saw leather Black Cement 3's, and noticed that the speckles on the cements were grey and looked off.

Naw, some dude named 'metallic' or something in the Jordan Brand 2012 thread said that the Chicago Xs will release with the white midsole, and the Cement IVs will be essentially the same as the original release.. minus the Nike Air and padding... and quality leather...
