Updated AU NDC. Have not heard any info at all on these lows. Price point is also 20$ higher.

It's the pair with the cement around the ankle. Same third pair of XI lows that the RD/product number/colors came out for the last few months of 2013, a month before this picture of them came out. I'm pretty sure there's a thread for them. I'll find ya the link if you wanna read up on them.
