I'm thinking of the 40 because of the XL. Just came across it today.

I hope the brand give us the customer some traditional colorways this go around i think that what hurt alot of models from the past bad colorways to me a color can sometime make or break a shoe for example if the brand would have released these two samples colorways of the aj 2009 aka 24 they would have done really well

As I'm hearing rumored, (as I said rumored, not know to be fact) we will see a more premium look to the shoe, with some ties to some major moves within Jordan Brandz.... The shoe could receive the new next generation of Zoom Strobel system, which will be matched to Zoom X,... Expect a new level of lock down as the shoe will not be all about looks but performance,... As I'm hearing they could be going back to the basics!! Namely saying a clear theme to the styling, not a lot of little parts to tell the story... Also rumored is that we will see several collaboration with some brands,.... I've heard Dior could do a new tie in to this shoe, Swarovski, and we could get a Whitaker Group release which I am hoping they will do a new Social Status, A La Maniere release?!? As I have heard expect this model to be the basis for alot of new projects with a lot of specific twist to the story of Jordan Brand.... We are officially in 2026, and if we go by the timeline of the 50, we will likely start seeing prototypes sometime in say March or April, because the drop date is still a mystery, but I believe they will get a online release date in mid to late Summer!!

Well back to basics as in the themese of the shoe, no more trying to give a time leap from the 1-10, and trying to make a modern take on the 11 for the 41,... I feel it would be a slap in the face to fans if the Jordan 11 that's a timeless and still ongoing classic and it doesn't need Jordan Brand messing with that shoe, they just need to make the shoe unique And push the envelope again,... You know present a show that's truly original and show us that you actually want a show that's clean, comfortable, and performance driven,... Let's face it the most standout shoes were the ones that people disliked and some loved at the same time and it mDe fans of the brand!! Time to get back to that,... Retro theming a shoe doesn't generate sells, it's makes people want to buy the actual Retro releases over the newest shoe!!! Add to that since Zion is set to enter Sneaker Free Agency later this year, not say he will return to Jordan Brand but I honestly don't see why he would resign And get back to his signature line, but in case if it's not ready by then, Jump in the Air Jordan 41 for a bit??I feel like going back to the basics is also considering looks.
