AIR MAX+ 2013 LE fake or not

Shoes are looking good - I don't see any difference with originals., but the box...

I spotted it after making bid.

All other boxes i saw in the internet have product name with LE (limited edition) - "AIR MAX+ 2013 LE"

But this box has just "AIR MAX+ 2013"

And color written a bit wrong too - cold grey etc.

Seller says that they are 100% auth and he got them from San Diego nike store, and he doesn't know why the box has wrong name, the style number marked exactly.

Can it be because of different consignment?

Also he says that he can give me refund if i doubt.

I know that i can ask for refund when i get them, if it's fake, but i don't know will i be able to proof this or not.

 I can wear fake shoes, but the poblem is that I don't want to buy them for 160$ if i can get them for 80$

They looks bad. Sole must be red on half, it fully grey. And too transparent.
