These look good, better then any other fake pair I have seen. I can't be sure if this is some new batch. Can you get better pictures? Not screen shots or better yet provide me with the link.
Nike has given alternative boxes before, but I think they normally use the same label. I have never seen that label on the box before. It could be from Nike.
They sent this guy the standard Jordan box for his Off-White UNC's, but they used the correct box label.

They look authentic from the photos provided, but I cant guarantee that they are authentic. I cant see the top of the toe boxes or the back from those photos. The text looks good, its something I haven't seen any fake batch get right. Swooshes look right and the stitching is good. If these are fake then they are the best batch I have seen, but I really don't know. I have not seen that box anywhere, for a fake or a real pair. It's up to you if you want to take the risk. Make sure you pay with paypal if you plan to buy them and take them to some local shop to get them authenticated.

The shoes like you say looks legit to me but the box make me feel unconfortable...but i they were fake why the didn’t copy the right box? The words and the swoosh looks good.. I’m so confused about it..

If you are paying with Paypal and know how to file a claim then I think it may be worth the risk. Having the wrong box also takes away from the value of the shoes by a a decent amount in my opinion, many people would be skeptical if you ever decide to sell it again.
I think the probability of it being real is more likely then it being fake. As I mentioned the shoes look good, no current batch is that good, but there is some chance that this is a new fake batch that looks very close to retail. However, It would not make to much sense that this new fake batch can get the shoe very close to retail but cant get the box right.
You are taking the risk, you decide. Paying with Paypal and being able to get them checked by others would lower the risk.
I created and account because im searching people to have the same issue as me. I copped the air max on snkrs but dont receibed the swoosh original box and get the orange one like the guy selling the shoe. I cant confirm if the shoe is fake or not. But can told you boy dat i got the same box on an original sneaker. ( the size on the black print and all its same ) i hope you get helped.
Oh wow..its so weird that also happened to you.. It will be very helpfull if you post some pics to compare them. Did you contact with nike about this issue? Did you order from EU or USA? I appreciate your reply man

Do you have a picture of the White tag on the shoe? Does it say made in Vietnam or made in China?
