Airmax 90 Machine Washable ?

Hey guys new to the site and have several pair of Airmax 90's . What do you all recommend as far as throwing them into the washer ?

Low cycle cold water and a small amount of detergent ? Think they will come out crappy as Nike doesn't recommend ?

Take insoles out (don't was them) and laces out. Put each shoe in a seperate pillow cover and use a lace to wrap it up. The knot should be really tight but the shoe should have space to move inside the cover. Also make sure the laces don't have any long loose ends to prevent them getting stuck in the machine moving parts.

Low temp short cycle and some detergent, and they will come out cleaner. Takes a day or 2 to dry them afterwards.

And make sure you put shoe trees or something in the toes after so they don’t dry all crinkly.
