You can stretch a 10.5 to fit like an 11 in a few days. I'm in between a 10.5 and 11 and had to do it on a couple women's releases over the years.

I'm between an 11 & 11.5 and 30 + lol, can't afford to put that wear and tear on my toes any more. To my recollection especially back in the days there used to be sparse extended sizes that weren't widely available at times.
