Hi everyone,
This is in no means a post to bash GOAT app but I have questions regarding the authenticity of these sneakers. Please see the images here:

After weeks of back and forth emails, they're still telling me they're authentic and to sell them back as I am a "trusted seller." I don't want someone else to have this issue but I am highly disappointed in their responses as I've been used them in the past. I'm not looking for a handout but my satisfaction has not been met on this pair; I would like them to just give me the chance to return and try again with another pair. Thanks to those who can help out on this one.
