Day one pick up for me. My favorite OG 13 colorway. . . That red just pops so nicely.

I’ve had the previous two retros and I wore them to the ground but I was always a little disappointed in the red. . . This time it looks perfect and they’re gonna be a day one cop for the kid.

They got it right... That red pops . These were my 1st Js back in the 90s.. As I was more of a Reebok/Nike Basketball guy.. Definite cop and double up worthy.

All these years I’ve said I didn’t care much for this colorway … I think I forgot how they looked when done properly and with the correct red. Eesh.

Likely the lighting. Regardless, too bright would still be far better than the too-dark previous retros.

The last Playoff retro was quite good so I had a feeling the shape of these would be nice as well. I was much more worried about the shade of red but it’s looking great. Perhaps it’s a good sign for the Flints. But we really neeed a bred retro, that is far and away my favorite 13.

The last playoffs were my first pair of 13s ever and i wore them things into the ground. I might swing the block and pick up another pair this year. I dont have too many pick ups this year as 2025 did a number on my wallet and closet space. Lolololololol

Part of Un-DS’ing a shoe is to take off the plastic on the hologram

I've never taken the plastic off the hologram on any of my 13s
