100% legit, vintagekicks has 2 pairs up for anyone interested in being ripped off.

the pe 9s are soooo much better with the players number on the heel, instead of the name.

You guys need to get your facts right before talking like you know what's up.

You know the Ray Allen PE VIIIs that just released at House of Hoops? And the Q-Rich VIIIs? Those aren't Ray Allen's and Q-Rich's size, are they?

No.

Because they released a colorway that was made for Ray Allen and Q-Rich.

This is a colorway of a Bibby PE that will apparently release. Why isn't it purple (Kings colors)? Because it's supposed to be a colorway of a specialmakeup that exists in Bibby's collection.
