No? Nike bought Bauer, but they are still very much in the business. See Ovech's stick? It has the swoosh next to Bauer in a little bubble. All the skateshave that too. Even though I would love to see JB make him a skate/sneaker, because he is my favorite player, if this did happen it would 100% be through Nikenot Jordan.
