lol the crazy part about this story is that a stone cold killer that is 40 plus y/o is a teenie bop fan of bieber, to the point he gets him tatted on him... or that he emailed/tweeted him and he didnt respond so he puts a hit on him to be killed castrated and for his testicles to be delivered to him while serving a bid on a murder in prison
