I wouldn't consider Jennifer Aniston or Kristen Wiig(unless she wrote on SNL) comedians. 

I don't really have a top five but Schumer, Handler, and Chelsea Perreti are funny. Joan Rivers was funny too RIP.

Looks like I'm in the minority here, but I don't find her funny at all. Her show is wild annoying and I couldn't finish the couple episodes I started. She can catch all this wood but as far as comedy, nah.

Same with Sarah Silverman BTW, not funny at all

It seems like she pulled out her grade A material for that roast(can't remember the main person being roasted) but to her credit she went off. I think based off of that I watched a netflix special and the jokes weren't even close to being as funny.
she's starring in the new judd apatow film, coming out this summer, nothing she did in this trailer stood out, but the supporting cast including Lebron(he surprised me in this big time) all seem like they will shine
