I think we'll be OK. Tyson has been easing his way back into the lineup and Woodson and the Knicks training staff will monitor his mins. He only played 24 minutes tonight and was very effective. I know his stat line isn't going to WOW anyone, but the Hawks shot chart look horrible tonight, and they barely scored inside the paint tonight.
As long as Tyson stays on course, we'll be fine. Camby is getting rest and Thomas should be back soon.
Kenyon Martin is going to be fine as well. His knee has been bothering him, but he hasn't shown signs of wear yet. Woodson seems to be monitoring his minutes as well, he also played 24 minutes tonight as well. Kenyon is a tough guy and he's going to play through it.
I know Knicks fans are going to think the worst when they hear about players hurting because of all the injuries we've had to deal with this season. Although, I think we're coming together at the perfect time. After the OKC game, the toughest games are against Chicago and Indiana. The rest of the games should be used as rest against teams we should beat.
Let's just hope the team is 100% when Amare comes back during the playoffs. I honestly think Amare should sit out the first round, but we'll see.

Good win last night, Was expecing us to be tired out there but we done ok and grabbed the W which is all that matters at this time of year,
Regarding the injuries, Hoping K-Mart is ok and Tyson getting back slowly, he should be good by play off time
My concern is that Shump STILL doesn't look like he did prior to injury, I expected a bit of rust at first but he has played a good amount of games now and not anywhere near that level

I would've agreed with you on the point you made about Shumpert if this was last month. He seems to be putting in a lot of effort out there and he's still finding his groove back. Lets not forget, he had a season ending knee injury. Recovering from ACL tears normally don't take about 8 months. Most athletes don't get back to form until a full year after. He seems to be on schedule.
He was never that big time scorer for us, but he did attack the rim with more aggression and I think we'll see that when he's completely comfortable with his knee. Besides from the offense, he's been tough for us on the defensive end and I think he's been doing a good job. Also, lets not forget that he's a 2nd year player. In the first half of the game he backed off Korver to help with the drive. Most experienced defenders will know not to do that and trust the bigs to take care of hedging against the drive. I think in the 4th quarter when Shumpert checked Korver again and he practically did nothing for Atlanta. He has a lot to learn and already he's one on the better perimeter defenders in his class of experience and age in the league. He's only going to get better. I said this last year and I still believe that he's going to be one of the best perimeter defenders in the league a couple years from now. He just has to cut off that damn flat top
His stat line tonight isn't eye popping by any stretch of the imagination, but he played only 23 minutes and grabbed 6 rebounds for us. He shot 2-6 from the field and took a lot of good looks. One thing I noticed about his game this year, is that he's taking a lot of good looks at the basket. Nothing seems forced with him and his decision making on the offense has been a big role in our ball movement recently.
He's been missing most of his looks, but that's going to change and eventually those looks will start to fall for him. When that happens, defenders wont be able to step back from him and he can use his quickness to his advantage. The sky is the limit for this kid.
Not to mention, his 3 point shooting has really improved. Last year, I remember him being a poor jump shooter and was more of a "slasher" for us. It's nice to see that he's trying to add to his game. Dude is going to be BIG for us in a couple of years when he learns how to play the right way and learns all the defensive tricks of the trade with experience.

Friday night Knicks
We need to go home, prepare for the Bucks and take them out the game early. Dunleavy or Monta cant go 30 that night either. IDK how I feel about Prigioni starting at the 2 that night against Monta.
I'm thinking we need to use Felton, Shumpert, Melo, Martin and Chandler in the starting lineup that night.
Realistically I think Woody has been firm in keeping Melo at the 4.
I think he'll keep the same starting 5 against the Bucks and just have Ray guard the Buck's small forward, and have Shump and Prigioni worry about Jennings and Monta
