anti-virus & ipod help...

instead of making two new threads, figured I'd just make one...

so I had a computer problem and now I have to start from scratch on my computer...

I need a good free anti-virus, and I need to be able to rip the songs from my ipod (160gb clasic) to my computer.

So can anyone recommend a good free anti-virus, and an easy way to get my songs to my computer?
