I just purchased the Native Instruments 21310 and am trying to get it to work with reason. I went through all the menues listed here http://www.ehow.com/info_...-not-working-reason.html with no luck. Any help?!?!
Any NTers who are familiar with Reason/Native Instruments products please help!

You should go to gearslutz.com I'm sure you can find better answers there or maybe in the music forum.

I know it's compatible with my OS cuz it's working with the crappy software that came with it. Reason recognizes it too... I just can't get it to do anything.

What's good Crag.
The first thing you're going to want to do is ensure that all drivers are installed.
Secondly, make sure you have the device on a powered bus. Some USB ports don't out out enough power to run MIDI devices.
Chances are everything is hooked up.
You should be able to open preferences from within Reason and go from there. Which version of Reason are you using? I'm guessing 5.
If you want, I can remote in to your system and check things out. I'm sure the problems simple.
In the mean time, test the device in another DAW such as GarageBand or Logic.
