Been trying to figure out the name of these shoes for almost as long...anyone know what they're called?

yeah that was the only one i knew...

what about the 1st and 3rd ones?

The 1st ones are the Air Metal Force (straps were interchangeable with the Air Adjust, Modify, and College Force I believe). All the info I could find about the 3rd ones are that they're called the Air Max A-Rod.

I think those A-rods are called something simple like Trainer Max 97

Yeah. Don't know if that is the exact name. But, if they're from '97 that would probably be it. To my knowledge, A-Rod never had a signature shoe in the sense that the model was actually named after him or became predominantly identified as such (The Trainer SCs, for example weren't called Bo Jackson by Nike, but were his sig shoe). The Griffeys were called Air Griffeys...

I think they were just an Air Trainer Max.

Thanks for the info. I wasn't 100% sure if he had a signature shoe either, but after digging a little deeper, they were just the Air Trainer Max from '97.

Air Trainer Max 97 on ebay is something way different...

in any case, thanks for the effort.

I will check tonight, I had the grey CW of the third shoot.  I use to take pictures of my shoes even back then, with a disposable camera.  I will make it a priority for me to find these today or tomorrow.
