You're talking about the HP Envy laptops with the beats by dre audio right?

They look dope and the sound must be tight but they're also very expensive

I've got the envy 14 beats edition. Came with beats solo headphones and its matte black with a red backlit keyboard (thats the only thing that makes it different from any other envy 14). performance wise i find it pretty quick and its definetly durable, no issues so far. Screen quality is nice too.

It's supposed to rival the macbook pro but ive never spent much time on one so i couldent give too much of a comparison.

one thing though.. they market this comp like the sound is sick just from the laptop speakers.. thats not the case, at the end of the day their still laptop speakers so its nothing too amazin. however, if you plug in some headphones to the comp i find the audio is way better then listening to music on your i pod.

i got one but didnt know what it was until i saw the commercial... The touch pad on it sucks.. i had to add a bunch of apps on it to get it working decent... the audio on it is nothing special.. seems really nicely put together and durable tho
