i dont see the problem

some people get brand new altimas or camry

then some people get Used euro whip with many more miles and higher maitenance.....isnt that a front also?

you drive a new body altima an got a LV belt here an there what is the problem?
nothing.
dude just edit the quote from altima to civic.. im assuming he got butt hurt.

I feel you lurkin. I think it becomes an issue when you're skipping meals and won't pay your phone bill to cop those LV millionaires..

EVEN ones with education.....

then motive comes into play - are you buying somethingcause you like it or cause of what a chick might think...if its the latter then its easy to fool ...

There is none.

Like you said, cars are a horrible way to judge wealth. I drive a 350z. I could drive a Corvette if I wanted to, but I'd be killing myself on car notes, eating ramen noodles every meal, and wearing hanes t-shirts and jordan shorts to church.

Nothing wrong with an Altima. It's like a Camry or an Accord. In my book, if you're 20-25, with one of those vehicles, and on your way to owning yourown condo/home, and can fully support yoursel, then that's a smart move.

Nowadays, too many young people want to buy the most expensive thing they can purchase with the money, not realizing in the long run they can't afford it.

you ain't tricking if you got it

real money is liquid. i don't care how many houses you got.

Liquid baby.

Theres that one cat in the pick up forum who always shows a good 1500-2000k of pickups at a time. Like Lurking said..its a front. You can spend 2000 at a timecause a. you live wityour parents b. you have no bills.

My boy is 29 and drives a Z but his moms pays that and the rest of his living costs. We be at the bars and he's asking random girls to order and pay forhis drinks cause all he got is his moms card.

Theres 18-21 years old rolling in new lexus', infinitis' in the hood but thats their only bill. They live at home, only other bill is a sidekick..Imean blackberry since thats the new thing with young kids nowaday.

Live within your means. Me and doyoung are in the same situation..mortgage, bills, etc...I got x amount of money that I don't see...the y amount is beingheld on except for a few impulse gifts to myself.

One of my best friends in college parent's made somewhere like 1.3m annual combined.
They lived as if they were making 100k.

More often than not looks are deceiving.

laugh.gif
in for all the nt'er stories we about to get

i do this but i got this and i make this etc etc etc.....

at the end of the day look in the mirror...that person knows what it really is - if you can live with that then more power to you

im far from rich but at this time i have no problems paying my own bills...
at my age im not mad at myself...sure from time to time i do spend "foolishly" i have bought expensive articles of clothing and the such but i havenever gone hungry or made a late payment
i recently copped a whip..not my dream car but something that pleased me and i can pay no problems..

many people live out of there means while sometimes i shop at places that can be judged as "only for the rich" i stay within mines

dont hate on people who dont just take that as how they choose to live their's.

I'll consider myself rich when my parents can retire and I can support them. Material things are smoke and mirrors.

Nah....I mean it happens but not "more often than not." Unless by looks you just mean clothing, cars, etc. not housing, education, travel, and other more substantial expenses

exactly. pop makes a ton of money, but doesn't wear a lot of expensive clothing.

BUT... best believe his home is exquisite. wealthy folks don't live in shacks, i don't care how frugal.

yeah you got it, technically its not ivy, but its m7. I finished at UChicago grad and my offical degree was an MSc in Financial Mathematics(mathematical finance, same thing). It was one of the toughest things i've ever done (studying 8hours daily plus 4-5 hours of class) but its worth it likeyou can't believe. Lifes just gonna be easier ya kno.

Most people who are well off aren't going to post in this thread.
