My contract was over awhile ago but they got my mother into signing a new one over the phone awhile ago. We pay a lot and don't get jack, for the same or close enough price I'm better off on sprint or Verizon

It was cashmere thoughts who did the fuggazi cancel your contracts back like summer 2008 or 2009 can't remember. But he scammed a few dudes on here. You better off trying haggle with phone rep and make complaints about poor service, and maybe cut your bill.

Dude, I applied to like 30+ T-Mobile retail positions and got nothing but rejection emails. I've found out that if you failed the assessment your gonna keep getting those canned emails. Only way getting into T-Mobile by you knowing someone.

I've given up cause I've found a better job and start Monday

Horrible company to work for , i worked in one of there call centers for about 2 weeks and quit... was not for me.

I was told that if you call customer service, and tell them youre moving somewhere where tmobile has no coverage, they cant charge the cancellation fee, not too sure tho

a couple years a go a guy in a mall did it for my girl for like 60 i think but he did say that if they have you over the phone renewing it that it is a lot harder to do. Might want to do what datdude said and say you are moving

theres no way out getting out of paying, but one thing you can do is cancel your account or port the number over to another carrier. When the bill comes with the cancellation fee, call tmobile and tell them you lost your job and you couldn't afford paying the bill so set up a payment arrangement and you could pay like $20 a month. They rather get that than no money at all. Just gotta stand your ground. They will try to hustle you but if you hold your own they will accept. Thats the only thing i can think of at the moment..

Yea I don't think there's a way to get out of it unless you know someone who works there and paying them.nthats why I was hoping a member worked for them I wouldn't mind paying a small fee, better than paying $300+.

Yeah they can see you ported your number, but just say its my moms account and she's paying the bills. Btw you don't need to explain yourself to Customer Service why you ported your number.

why not sell your current phone and use it on the ETF? Thats what I did when I left ATT.

And Tmobile use to do if you were moving out of their footprint they would waive ETF but they stopped.

I just might. I have a iPhone 4 in rather decent condition so I can fetch a few bucks for that. What's the ETF on tmobile?

If I cancel will I still be able to port numbers or would I have to sign up before hand?

you have to port your number over first. That will cancel your account with tmobile. last i remember it was 200+ not too sure though. you can call customer service and they will tell you what the ETF is..
