Any tech people here? I need some IPhone 4 help real quick

Normally, my phone has been cool, but now it won't let me load music on it that I imported into Itunes from an actual CD. Just a few days ago, I downloaded an album and even though they were MP3's, it showed up as being vlc files and so I couldn't load those onto my phone either. Anyone else have this problem or know what the deal is?

Try converting them to AAC or any another audio format. that's compatible
