Depending on your schedule, you can actually order the part and do it yourself with help from youtube videos.

I had a water damaged iPhone 3GS and went to Full Bars Cellular in Tustin.
My roommate works at AT&T in Santa Ana and refers his customers there whenever they have damaged iPhones and they were pretty legit.
Tell them you/you have a friend that works for AT&T and they'll give you a discount (not sure if itll work but its worth a shot).
