i should've said gives you the appearance of being fat...creatine allows you to lift longer without tiring out easily...it also allows you to retain more water...if you continue to take creatine and not lift enough, you will walk around with extra water weight...you won't be able to see any definition under the water weight, thus giving the appearance of being fatOriginally Posted by crod6926
