I have the jump soles but is this as good as it gets? Any tips would be appreciated.

Didnt work for me and i went through 8 weeks of straight killing myself over this. I did gain about 2-3 inches and was also able to get off theground ALOT quicker, which pretty much helped me become a real good shot blocker and rebounder for my size (5'10).
