Unbelievable how many f'n logins and passwords we all have...I have well over 200 and those are the only ones I deemed important enough to keep track of.

Anyway...like the title says...I'm looking for something (preferably FREE or a ONE TIME FEE - none of this subscription business) that is multi-platform (will let me put passwords on my iPhone AND through the internet or stored locally on my Mac). Backups would be ideal.

Anyone know if anything out there is worth looking into?

your "go to password" but with the website youre on added to it...life isnt that hard.

" PasswordNT "

im pretty trustworthy. send me ur passwords and usernames but dont tell me what they are for. i will write them on a sheet of paper in ink that will never dry and when u need something text me call me email me or even page me and i will instantly give you what u requested for.

ill do this for a one time fee of 20 dollars.

Simple solution...

write it down on a sheet of paper and put it in a safe place.

Lol my password is the same for everything.

Microsoft Word

Notepad?

Anything? Lmao c'mon dude

i hadn't really thought of this...but this almost makes sense...

Its what I used to do. Save as txt file but change the extension to something else. File was saved in a hidden folder. Whenever I needed to access the notes in the file I just changed it back from (example) .7z to .text

Or start learning about hashing.

In OP's defense, some websites require certain a special character, one lower/upper case, numbers, etc so sometimes it is hard to use the same PW for everything.

yeah....if you have the same password for everything you probably don't have many logins or passwords to remember. a lot of sites have diff requirements for passwords. some require 8 or more characters including a symbol, a number, an upper case letter and a lower case letter...another site requires less than 8 characters with no symbols, etc.

i guess using my own codes in my own .txt file shared amongst dropbox or google drive for my diff devices would probably work...even though it seemed like a smart-***** recommendation I may just end up doing that...thanks!

have em written down in a notepad on your computer or phone like has been recommended and back up the phone notes to the internet

200 though?

Chrome has a password manager. Comes in handy for most stuff.

Last pass looks interesting though.
