I work out, i run ect.  In my job I am held to a pretty high standard of physical fitness, and I've always met the standard.  I just have this stubborn fat around my midsection that i want to burn off.  Has anybody taken hydroxycut and had positive results?
please helpful responses only

Don't do it. I tried it before and it's excessive crap that your body doesn't need. I got nauseous and had my heart racing from it. One of the news stations did a segment on it and others like it (any of those pills not regulated). Basically shows they fill their ills with crap and how the models are computer-generated

I haven't taken it, but it doesn't seem like it could be extremely safe.

Your best bet would be do something like the Insanity workout.

Pass on it. Don't listen to their marketing angles.

On May 1, 2009, the FDA issued a warning to consumers to stop using Hydroxycut products

You want to get more out of your workouts? Increase you intensity.

And as always your diet is more important than anything.

i took it for a couple of months right after i got out of the military. if anything, it immediately flushed out my bowels whenever i took it. i hate using the restroom in public places, so this put a strain on my social life, and it liquefied the stool to the point i was afraid to fart.

too much information.

You know you shouldn't take it. But you are looking for someone to give you the OK. We care about you man. I am sure you saw the negative side effects it has from Mr. Google.

Don't do it.

I tried some, got heart palpitations and serious chest tightness when i worked out. Stopped immediately.

How about this? Eat less and exercise more, worked for me.

I've never taken Hydroxycut before, but these did me WONDERS!!!!

They have a strong dose of caffeine, much like any other fat burner, but I guarantee you they will get rid of your stubborn stomach fat within a month (make sure you're eating clean foods though.)

Stay away from this product. It's worked short-term for some personal friends, but deaths have been reported since 2008-2009 due to excessive use and the product is proven to cause significant liver damage.
