Anybody work for Watson and Wyatt?

i was wondering if anyone on here works for watson and wyatt. i wanted to get in to an actuary analyst role, and had a few questions...

what do entry level analyst make with the company?
do they ask for college transcripts when hiring?
will they hire someone who does not have any actuary exams under their belt?

any insight into the field and/or company would be greatly appreciated.

Most if not all companies ask for your transcript. They usually give you a grace period. Hell I've had interviews where I had to bring the transcript withme to the interview.

Also, Analyst start at $$55,400. Bonus is $3,000.
