Anyone a member of HSBC Bank? Pros and cons?

Their savings rates seem pretty parallel to ING's, and wanted to hear some feedback on banking with them. Anyone?

I have a savings account that I opened when rates were actually decent lol. No major complaints, they have an unusual amount of identity verifcation requirements though like when you call customer service and even when you do online banking. Just gets frustrating when you dont access your account often ot have to remember that stuff.

Hmm... I like their online services for sure.

Edit: At least, from what I can see. I think the EasyView thing where you can view other bank accounts is pretty convenient. The only thing is that their aren't many HSBC ATM's around but that shouldn't be a huge problem if I don't withdraw from it much.
