You'd think that if you have a restraining order against a person who has already done physical harm to your person and property (several times) and has threatened not only you but your children; that if that person came to your house with a car load of people and guns all threatening you and your family that you'd have the right to defend yourself and your property wouldn't you? Well that is not the
case in if you ask the Alameda county D.A.'s office who have been holding shaun in
jail for almost 3 months now and who are planning on charging him with 2 counts of attempted
murder. PLEASE HELP US TO HELP SHAUN DEFEND HIMSELF IN COURT. The Attorney says it can be as much as an additional $16,000.00 if he has to go to court and right now the D.A. Is pressing the point and not offering any deals that are the least bit fair. We've gotten him this far in his defense, but we need help if we are going to have to pay $16,000 more. Anything helps.
