Anyone feel like they would be a lot more productive if they do not watch porn??

I swear I feel like I waste 7 hours a day watching porn. It's not as simple as just watching the movie for 45 mins, most of the time is through searching,finding the rapidshare link, etc.

I can't get anything done.
